Castle Carrock won well in his bumper race up Ayr and has since moved yards to Alan King. Although winning well its hard to judge that bumper form and northern bumper races how strong it really is.

Kap Vert has penalty to contend with which gives weight to Diva Luna which will make this task much harder for Kap Vert as it is. 

Diva Luna albeit at more than likely short odds would be my selection. I'm pleased to see her come down in trip after winning at a further distance last time out. Think the drop down in trip will suit her more where I'm sure connections will be hoping for a win onto the mares novice hurdle race at Cheltenham

Gary Moore tends to do well at Sandown meetings and Black Gerry has to be respected based on that. Hold That Taught has a chance but i would be concerned about Venetia Williams yard form especially last weekend horses have tailed off and the good form of December seems a long time ago now.

Farceur Du Large won this last year and i see no reason why he cannot win again. Ran at Newbury end of last year which was probably just a prep run to blow of the cobwebs for this race in mind. Only course winner in this field which is another plus as well going into this race and you know he will stay on at the steep finish of Sandown
